Lifelong Learning for Pleasure

Explore the details of our new programme of adult leisure courses, talks and workshops in Norfolk and Suffolk.

“I’d like to welcome you to our website and invite you to join me to explore the details of our new programme of adult leisure courses, talks and workshops in Norfolk and Suffolk. I have also approached a select number of speakers and tutors who have agreed to contribute this autumn.

During the past six years I’ve delivered training for several educational organisations in East Anglia, and I now want the freedom to offer a wider range of subjects in my local area. These will appeal to people from all ages and backgrounds who want to find out about new subjects in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our sessions all include complimentary refreshment breaks to enable everyone to mingle and socialise.

I particularly enjoy seeing older, retired people learning about new subjects in a relaxed, friendly and informal setting; and also sharing their knowledge and experience with fellow students.”

Stephen Poulter, Lead Tutor

Career Opportunities

Invitation to Tutors

We welcome approaches from potential tutors, speakers, artists and craftspeople who are interested in working with us to offer arts, crafts, literature, history, wildlife and countryside themed leisure courses, talks and workshops around Norfolk and Suffolk.

For further details please visit our Tutor Recruitment Page:

Arts & Crafts

If you are a working craftsperson or artist who would like to host workshops to share your skills and knowledge we’d love to hear from you – no experience of tutoring is necessary.

Literature & History

We’d love to be able to offer creative writing courses in partnership with local art centres, so if you are a playwright, novelist or have journalistic experience do get in touch. Local and family history are very popular subjects with many people seeking to learn additional specialist skills so they can expand their research. Or how about leading a heritage walk around one of East Anglia’s many historic locations for us?

Wildlife and Countryside

We’re looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable naturalists and environmentalists who would be interested in leading practical woodland or river walks, or one day workshops on wilding your garden or growing vegetables.
